Pros: The machine itself is nice, no complaints. Easy.
Cons: EXTREMELY POOR BATTERY and power cord and replacement is very expensive.

Pros: Very easy to use before the hard drive had to be replaced
Nice Design
Cons: Terrible Tech Support
Didn't answer postal registered letter
Doesn't work same after replacing hard drive
The Bottom Line: I love Dell Laptops so wish they would GREATLY IMPROVE their customer and Tech Support!
