Pros: Easy setup/install, Excellent single-user software, Capable of soft landing 865 Watts of gear, SILENT...
Cons: Only 1 computer will be shut down, No cable surge protection, Expensive replacement batteries...
The Bottom Line: Power users with multiple computers/monitors will like its 865 Watts of power...even if it only shuts down 1 computer with elegance. It's quiet, reliable and works as promised.

Pros: large wattage capacity, software monitoring/config, brownout/overvoltage protection, sine output, bigger battery attachable
Cons: No network shutdown. Low battery time when fully loaded. Small log file wraps.
The Bottom Line: Great for a single user/system, but lacks network shutdown ability.

Pros: cheap, lots of power
Cons: not very manageable or compatible with APC software (Biz edition)
The Bottom Line: good if you need basic power backup. if you want to be NOTIFIED during the night or while away that power is off you might look elsewhere.
