Pros: 8X Nikkor Zoom, five megapixel resolution, uncompressed RAW & TIFF images
Cons: Electronic Viewfinder, no AF assist light, no lens stabilization
The Bottom Line: The CP 5700 is an incredible imaging tool that provides most of the benefits of a digital SLR at a significantly reduced cost.

Pros: responsive, really nice resolution, feature laden
Cons: no AF Illuminator, undersized CF card
The Bottom Line: Nikon hit a home run with the Cooplix 5700. It sets the bar a little higher.

Pros: 8x optical Zoom-Nikkor lens; Wide range of features; lenses and more
Cons: Minor imperfections
The Bottom Line: Nikon has done it again with this camera. Look at the great optics, the precise control and superb image quality to get started!

Pros: Good optical zoom, RAW mode, Great results, Plenty of user control
Cons: Low light performance, Expensive, Does not fully support Nikon branded speedlight support
The Bottom Line: An outstanding performer capable of producing excellent results, room for improvement still exists.

Pros: Enormous zoom range, ultra-compact, dazzling images, easy interface
Cons: slow focusing, small displays
The Bottom Line: No WONDER Nikon calls it COOL-pix!! Unless your needs exceed 13" X 19" prints the Nikon 5700 should make you a very happy camper!!

Pros: Very versatile, easy to master, great optics, excellent results.
Cons: Not much.. battery life could be better and a bigger memory card would be nice.
The Bottom Line: Highly recommended for anyone wanting a lot of flexibility and control with high quality results.

Pros: Sharp Focus, Brilliant Colors, Zoom, Ergonomic, Works great in Auto or Manual, Versatile
Cons: Battery life, slight shutter lag, maze of menus

Pros: It offers extensive features and creative capabilities in a compact body that produces great pictures.
Cons: The camera is slow focusing and has a fast battery drain.
The Bottom Line: The camera is worth the price given the almost endless variety of features, great optics, and picture quality.

Pros: Excellent photo quality and lots of great features!
Cons: You MUST read the manual and play with the camera settings!
The Bottom Line: I highly recommend this because it is solid NIKON quality and it takes all the photos without a hitch.
